The Last of Us 2 Multiplayer Outfits for Ellie and Assets Datamined

While there’s no clear release window in sight, The Last of Us 2 multiplayer outfits and assets have now been datamined, suggesting how far Naughty Dog came with the mode before being pushed back. for another day. As seen in YouTuber’s video Speclizer, Ellie has three different multiplayer outfits for her in The Last of Us 2. The images are from a modified single player game, as multiplayer does not exist at the moment, but nevertheless you can really see that they are very difficult around from the edges. The video also notes that these outfits are likely fictional assets, which might be relevant given the state they look like.

Okami on Twitter also added to the datamine news, sharing that there are also six “backpacks” in the game that could point to a class system:

As is the case with unconfirmed stuff, take this one with a grain of salt until it’s officially confirmed. That said, it wouldn’t be strange if we saw one of these outfits in the future, as Naughty Dog confirmed a while back that the studio was actively working on the game’s multiplayer component.
