Meeting of the central working committee of the RPP on Wednesday

KATHMANDU: The Central Working Committee of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) is holding its meeting on Wednesday and Thursday.

Party General Secretary Bhuwan Pathak informed that the meeting will discuss contemporary political developments, expansion of party organization, management of responsibilities and division of labor among leaders, and preparation forthcoming elections at local level, among others. Even the party bureau members’ meeting would be held on Wednesday before the Central Committee meeting.

The party selects potential candidates for the upcoming elections at the local level after holding various programs and discussions with district working committees.

This is the second meeting called by the party after the party’s unity convention last December. Leader Sundar Pande informed that the party will organize a nationwide door-to-door campaign to sensitize people about its policies, thoughts and work plan.

The RPP recently held its expanded meetings at the provincial level in five provinces. Leaders and cadres were urged to be active in the service of the people.
