Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): The Madhya Pradesh BJP Unit Working Committee meeting kicked off on Friday to work out the modalities for the 2023 Panchayat elections and Assembly polls in the state.

On November 24 and 25, National Joint General Secretary (Organization) Shiv Praksh and party official Muralidhar Rao held individual talks with BJP MPs to review the work done in each assembly.

The next session of the meeting started on Friday.

Chaired by State Official Muralidhar Rao and Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, the meeting will bring together Minister of Civil Aviation Jyotiraditya Scindia, Minister of State of Jal Shakti Prahlad Patel, Minister of Agriculture of Union Narendra Singh Tomar, Joint Head of State Pankaja Munde, National Secretary Kailash Vijayvargiya, Faggan Singh Kulaste and others present.

According to party sources, the meeting which started at noon at Minto Hall, began with the address of State Generation (Organization) Secretary Suhash Bhgat.

Bhagat is also expected to talk about the training program for party workers in all districts.

The meeting will also deliberate on political issues, the status of vaccination and tribal issues for which the party recently held a mega “Tribal Pride Day”, the sources said.

Starting Dec. 1, the state unit will begin a week-long meeting with district-level party leaders and workers.

“Training sessions in each district are scheduled between December 1 and 6, during which district-level leaders and workers will be briefed on the party’s preparation for assembly elections,” a senior official said. party.
