Apollo and its subsidiary Athene have entered into a strategic relationship with global bank BNP Paribas, to provide a new platform of dynamic solutions for working capital and supply chain needs through Eliant Inventory Solutions (Eliant).

Eliant provides national and multinational companies with strategic and responsive inventory capital solutions to better optimize their supply chains and balance sheets, and protect their inventory.

For businesses, this can mean greater resilience, fewer supply chain disruptions, and more effective working capital management.

Eliant is launching with strong customer demand, marked by $1.3 billion in inventory programs signed or awarded with blue chip customers.

The company will focus on critical and strategic inventory for high-quality global clients, while employing diligent underwriting that aligns with Apollo and Athene’s investment philosophies and complements their portfolio of origination platforms covering commercial and consumer loans.

BNP Paribas, a leader in supply chain and trade finance solutions with long-standing expertise in the field, will provide Eliant with debt and receivables financing as well as trade advisory and referral services. structuring.

Athene will be Eliant’s primary capital provider, while Apollo will act as investment manager, supporting an internal Eliant team that provides tailored supply chain inventory solutions to clients across all industries. and geographic areas.
